How BYS works

Preparation

After you register for a free trial or buy a licence, download and install the BYS software on your computer. You will be ready to start your first session in less than 2 minutes!

Start a Session

Once BYS installed on your computer:                                                                                             

  1. Click on BYS icon.
  2. Select “Start Session”.
  3. Participants must click on “Join” and enter their name and session ID.
  4. Invitees are now sharing your screen!

Quick Reference for Presenters

To start a session

  1. Click the    icon in your system tray in the lower right corner of your computer screen (next to your computer's clock) and choose Start Session.
  2. Select "Start Session".



  3. seconds later, you will get a random 9-digit Session ID from the server.



Quick Reference for Participants

  1. Ask your guest to go to http://www.joinmysession.com.
  2. Tell him/her to enter the 9-digit Session ID and his/her name.



  3. The connection is established!
