At the time of the call, participants dial their participant dial-in number, enter their Facilis Event participant access code (if applicable) and registrant ID (if applicable), then they are placed on music hold until the start of the conference. If no participant information is required, the participants will enter the dial-in number and access code and will be placed on music hold.
