• BYS with teleconferencing: no additional charge
• BYS without teleconferencing: annual license
• BYS (on occasion) without teleconferencing: 20¢ per minute / per participant
• WebEx 100 + part. with téléconférence: 25¢ per minute / per participant
• Webcasting 100 + sound and video: package

Video Conferencing (videos)

• Multipoints (TV Quality): 1$ per minute per room
• Polycom equipment - Sales: +/- 11 980$
• Polycom equipment - Lease: +/- 980$ per month
• Room Rentals: variable price according to the room
